Professional deer culling
Where deer numbers are causing damage to woodland, crops or gardens, a planned and professional cull is the most effective way to bring the population back into balance with the land.
How we cull
All culling is carried out by qualified, experienced stalkers working to a written plan and a site-specific risk assessment. Every shot is taken with a safe backstop, at the right range and only when the animal is clearly identified.
We work within the legal open seasons for each species and follow best practice guidance on humane dispatch, so welfare comes first at every stage.
Carcasses for the food chain
Carcasses are handled hygienically from the moment of the shot, inspected by a trained hunter and moved promptly to a chiller, so they can enter the food chain as high quality venison.
Working around your land
We agree access, timings and any no-go areas with you before we start, and keep you informed throughout. That includes working around shoots, livestock, public rights of way and neighbouring land.
